Spartan Plumbing, LLC is currently seeking a qualified, full-time Plumbing Tech to join our team in Dayton, OH.

Our team typically earns $80,000–$100,000 per year, with top performers exceeding $130,000+. Commission is based on both sold work and completed jobs, rewarding performance and production.

This is a full-time plumber position with flexible hours and multiple shifts available. You can choose to work four 10-hour shifts per week. Alternatively, you can work a standard five-day week that includes Saturday and Sunday. ARE YOU THE PLUMBING TECH WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

• 3+ years of experience in the plumbing trade
• Ability to handle the physical work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Your own tools
• Current driver's license with a good driving record
• Passion for helping customers and takes pride in doing good work
• Ability to work well with a team, can think through problems, and adjust quickly
• Ability to manage time and tasks well

AVERAGE DAY AS A PLUMBING TECH

As a Plumbing Tech, you will start your shift by checking in at the company's central location. From there, you will travel to homes and businesses across the service area to perform repairs and maintenance on residential and light commercial systems. Your responsibilities will include replacing water system components, cleaning drains, and addressing customer concerns in a courteous, professional, and accurate manner. Maintaining a clean and organized work vehicle, as well as clear communication with both customers and team members, will be an essential part of your daily routine.
