Plumbing Technician

Are you a skilled plumber who takes pride in quality workmanship and delivering outstanding customer service? We're looking for a dependable, motivated Plumbing Technician to join our growing team. As a Plumbing Technician, you'll perform residential and light commercial plumbing service, repairs, installations, and maintenance. Every day brings new challenges—from diagnosing plumbing issues and installing water heaters to repairing leaks, clearing drains, and completing remodel or new construction plumbing projects.

You'll work directly with customers, explain repair options clearly, and ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

$40 hourly DOE

• Candidate must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
• Must have valid plumber licenses (Level 1 required, 2 or 3 preferred)
• Great physical dexterity, must be able to safely lift 50 lbs, crawl, and work in tight spaces
• This position requires 1+ years of apprenticeship in the field with a master plumber
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively, and an exceptional problem-solver

What We're Looking For

We're seeking professionals who are:

• Licensed plumbers (Journeyman or equivalent, as required by state/local regulations)

• Experienced with residential and/or commercial plumbing service

• Strong troubleshooters with excellent diagnostic skills

• Customer-focused with professional communication skills

• Self-motivated and able to manage a daily service schedule independently

• Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices for work orders

• Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with tank and tankless water heaters

• Water treatment systems

• Hydro-jetting and drain cleaning equipment

• ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar software

• Backflow Prevention Certification
