Responsibilities

Plumbing Installations & Repairs

• Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance services
• Diagnose plumbing issues efficiently and accurately
• Complete work according to company quality and safety standards

• Customer Service & Communication

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
  • Explain issues and solutions in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Deliver a positive, trustworthy customer experience

• Job Site Management

  • Arrive prepared and organized for each appointment
  • Maintain clean, safe, and professional work areas
  • Keep company vehicles and equipment organized

• Preventative Maintenance & Efficiency

  • Identify preventative maintenance opportunities for customers
  • Recommend solutions that help avoid future plumbing emergencies
  • Suggest process improvements and workflow efficiencies when applicable

• Requirements

  Must Have

  • Proven professional plumbing experience including:
  • • Installations
    • Repairs
    • Ongoing maintenance
  • Ability to identify and communicate preventative maintenance needs
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently

  Nice to Have

  • Experience improving job-site workflows or operational efficiency
  • Strong sense of ownership from project start to completion
  • Leadership or mentoring experience within a plumbing environment
