About the Role

Plumbing Masters is looking for a skilled, dependable, and customer-focused Plumbing Technician to join our team. Our technicians are trusted professionals who provide high quality plumbing services while helping homeowners make informed decisions about their plumbing needs.

As a Plumbing Technician, you will diagnose, repair, maintain, and service residential plumbing systems and equipment. You’ll work directly with customers in their homes, clearly explaining your findings, available options, and recommended solutions before beginning any work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of residential plumbing issues.

• Perform plumbing installations, repairs, maintenance, and service work.

• Inspect plumbing systems and identify potential problems.

• Explain repair and service options clearly and professionally to homeowners.

• Provide customers with accurate information so they can make informed decisions.

• Work safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean and professional work environment.

• Service a wide variety of plumbing equipment and brands.

• Troubleshoot and work on older plumbing equipment and systems.

• Ensure all work is completed accurately and to company standards.

• Maintain excellent customer service and represent Plumbing Masters professionally.

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of plumbing experience preferred.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and equipment.

• Ability to work with a variety of brands and older equipment.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Professional appearance and dependable work ethic.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Relevant plumbing certifications or licenses preferred.
