Pipe Doctor Plumbing, a leader in the Tampa Bay area, is hiring a full-time Plumbing Technician. Based in Tampa, Florida, you will serve areas including South Tampa, Downtown Tampa, Westshore, Brandon, Riverview, Wesley Chapel, St. Pete, Clearwater, Palm Harbor, and surrounding communities.

We offer an industry-leading compensation package of $100,000–$150,000 per year, based on piece-rate pay plus bonuses.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As a full-time employee, you will work Monday through Friday with shift options of 7 am - 4 pm, 8 am - 5 pm, or 9 am - 5 pm. No nights, No weekend, and No on call. You will be dispatched directly from your home to the job site each day, eliminating the need to check in at a central location.

As a Plumbing Technician, you will use a company-provided iPad to receive dispatches and manage service calls efficiently. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality craftsmanship and professional plumbing solutions, presenting options clearly to customers, and ensuring every job is completed with accountability and efficiency. Throughout the day, your drive for results and customer-obsessed mindset will help you exceed expectations while earning performance-based bonuses.

PLUMBING TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience (5+ years preferred)
• Experience with flat-rate or performance pay systems
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and present options
• Commitment to craftsmanship, professionalism, accountability, and efficiency
• Customer-obsessed, results-driven, team-oriented, efficient, and growth-minded approach
