Start your new career as a Plywood Operator with MAU at T2Earth in Appling, GA. As a Plywood Operator, you will operate and manage key equipment in the plywood production process, ensuring efficient material flow, accurate inventory tracking, and high-quality output. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience operating cleaning and stacking lines in a production environment
  • Proficiency using vacuum-assist hoists and operating heavy-duty forklifts (e.g., 18K capacity)
  • Strong attention to detail, including accurate completion of manual and electronic production documentation
  • Experience with inventory management and material tracking
  • Ability to collaborate with production teams to meet operational goals
  • Experience performing quality control (QC) checks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

What You'll Do as a Plywood Operator:

  • Operate cleaning and stacking lines to maintain smooth production flow
  • Use vacuum-assist hoists to handle and position plywood materials
  • Drive forklifts to transport materials between production areas
  • Complete daily production reports through manual logs and digital systems
  • Track and manage inventory of treated, dried, and finished plywood
  • Collaborate with treatment, kiln, and production teams to execute production plans
  • Strap and package finished plywood bundles for shipment
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards
  • Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
