About Us:
Lightning Logistics LLC is seeking a dependable, organized, and fast-paced PM Admin / Dispatcher to join our growing transportation and logistics team. This position plays a critical role in nightly operations by supporting dispatch, route management, driver communication, paperwork processing, and dock coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor nightly transportation operations and dispatch activity.
- Print and prepare route paperwork in company systems.
- Complete and verify TVIS routing tasks.
- Communicate with drivers regarding routes, delays, and issues
- Update truck numbers, route information, and driver assignments.
- Process delivery scans and ensure route completion accuracy.
- Monitor dock activity and freight staging.
- Send nightly operational and customer reports.
- Assist with issue resolution involving freight, routing, or scanning.
- Verify paperwork completion and compliance documentation.
- Maintain communication with management and operations staff throughout shift.
Preferred Experience:
- Transportation or logistics experience preferred.
- Dispatch or route management experience is a plus.
- Experience with TVIS, NuVizz, Geotab, and Microsoft Office preferred but not required.
- Strong multitasking and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
Schedule:
- Night Shift.
- Weekends as needed.
