They offer a competitive base salary, 401k match, 3 weeks PTO, ski trip, social events, and more.Job DescriptionManage the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Prepare and present regular project updates and reports. Identify and address potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources. Must have technical degree - Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture. MUST have CGMP or Lab experience. Experience with Procore, MS Office, Bluebeam.For APM Role: 2-5 years coming from a GC or CM. Must have technical degree - Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture. MUST have Higher Education Experience. Experience with Procore, MS Office, Bluebeam.What's on OfferFor PM $120K - $150K base, for APM $80K - $95K base. Offering PtO. Bonus (usually 10% annually).
