Pay Range: $45 - $55/hr on W2/C2C All Inclusive
Experience Required : 6 - 8 Years of experience

Note : Need to work from office 5 Days a week

Introduction:

The Program Manager will lead and deliver asset management–related initiatives across front, middle, and back-office functions. This role involves planning, executing, and governing projects involving sales/marketing & distribution, investment operations, regulatory change, and technology transformation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of experience in backend development, with a strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java (Java 11, Java 17)
  • Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, microservices, and RESTful API design
  • Experience with vertex framework and microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of Couchbase
  • Strong understanding of code quality parameters and GIT branching concepts
  • Experience with cloud platforms and services and containerization technologies
  • Prior work experience in asset management or financial services domain

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience working with global delivery teams and vendors
  • Knowledge of AWS Cloud, DevOps Jenkins build pipelines
  • Experience with scan tools like Veracode, Sonar Cube, X-ray
  • Understanding of data load data pipelines using ETL, AWS Glue, Snowflake
  • Strong hold on project management using JIRA, Confluence
  • Agile Methodology of development model - Sprint Planning, grooming; can play role of Scrum Master

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with business and IT teams to ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and risk management processes
  • Oversee portfolio management, trade lifecycle, and settlement processes
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and compliance knowledge (SEC, Client, AML, KYC, ESG reporting)
