Chick-fil-A Oregon (OH) – PM Back of House Team Member

Wage Range $11- 16 per hour

We are seeking reliable Team Members who are committed to working throughout the year. Food service requires energy and dedication. At Chick-fil-A Oregon, our restaurant is closed every Sunday, giving you a day to rest, recharge, and spend time with the people who matter most.

As part of our Back of House Team, you will serve guests through dine-in, carry-out, and catering while helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant. This is a fast-moving role that requires focus, flexibility, and attention to detail. Successful Team Members communicate clearly, manage multiple priorities, work with urgency, and maintain accuracy without sacrificing hospitality or care.

Role

The Back of House Team Member is responsible for helping create remarkable guest experiences through food safety, food quality, speed, cleanliness, teamwork, and care for others.

Availability

  • Preferred availability of 20+ hours/week
  • Minimum availability of 12 hours/week required
  • Minimum Full-Time Availability: 32+ hours a week

Pay Rate

  • Full-Time: $14 – 16/ hour
  • Part-Time: $11 –$ 13 /hour

Exact rate depends on weekend availability and experience.

Reports to: Shift Leader, Manager and Director.

What you will be doing

  • Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food quickly while accurately following restaurant systems and processes.
  • Learn and execute responsibilities across kitchen stations including food prep, breading, fries, boards, assembly, and prep
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
  • Follow Chick-fil-A food safety and operational procedures
  • Work efficiently during high-volume rushes
  • Support teammates and contribute to a positive team culture
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to changing orders and kitchen needs
  • Maintain portioning, quality, and cleanliness standards
  • Help create a safe and encouraging work environment
  • Complete opening and closing responsibilities as assigned

Role Requirements

  • Must be at least 15 years old upon hire
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to accurately handle cash and make change
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reading, writing, and basic math skills required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Ability to multitask and transition quickly between responsibilities
  • Ability to stand and move throughout shifts
  • Must respond quickly and efficiently to changing guest needs and order flow
