PM Baker & Packager – Part-Time (Thurs/Fri/Sat)

Job Description:

We're looking for a reliable PM Baker & Packager to run our afternoon/closing shift. This is a great fit for someone who wants to work independently, take real ownership of a shift, and grow with a bakery that runs on clear systems not guesswork.

What you'll do:

• Finish baking off all breads and doughs in progress for the day, to our quality standards
  
• Accurately package and label bread by customer order
  
• Prep items for the next day's bake
  
• Handle full closing procedures equipment shutdown, cleaning/sanitation, inventory and waste logging, and securing the building

What we're looking for:

• Baking or kitchen experience preferred; strong attention to detail and consistency
  
• Comfortable working independently most nights you'll be the only one in the building, running the close start to finish
  
• Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of quality
  
• Able to follow written standards and checklists without needing constant oversight
