PM/Change Execution Lead

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our project and change management initiatives within the financial services industry. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage complex projects and adapt to changing business needs. The position requires a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of three days per week on-site.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7-10 years of change management experience, portfolio, or project management experience within the financial services industry
• Experience leading large-scale program and project efforts at a global financial services organization
• Strong communication skills at the senior executive level
• Ability to plan and direct routines and reporting to drive accountability, transparency, and collaboration
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Practical working knowledge of Agile Methodologies and tools including JIRA and Confluence
• Nice to have - Tableau

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and manage change management initiatives within the organization
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success
• Monitor project progress and adapt strategies to meet dynamic business needs
