PM Dining Room Hostess

Location: 52nd and Wadsworth

Reports To: Front of House Director / Shift Leader

Position Overview:

As a Dining Room Host/Hostess at Chick-fil-A, you are the face of our restaurant, creating a warm and welcoming environment for every guest. You ensure that the dining area is clean, comfortable, and inviting while providing genuine hospitality in every interaction. This role is key to upholding our commitment to service excellence and “going the extra mile” for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet every guest with a warm smile and friendly attitude.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and pleasant dining area throughout the day.
• Anticipate guest needs — from clearing tables promptly to offering refills and assistance.
• Ensure restrooms and condiment stations remain clean and fully stocked.
• Support the team by assisting with tray runs, high-chair setup, and guest seating.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front counter team members.
• Uphold Chick-fil-A’s values of courtesy, respect, and service excellence.
• Assist with closing and cleaning duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• A positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and eager to serve others.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
