Job Summary:
We are seeking a polished and attentive PM Food Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our high-end clientele. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and passionate about hospitality, with the ability to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service in a refined, upscale environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide elevated, white-glove service to guests during evening dining hours Anticipate guest needs and deliver a seamless, personalized dining experience Serve food and beverages with precision, adhering to fine dining standards Maintain thorough knowledge of menu ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service Handle guest requests, preferences, and concerns with professionalism and discretion Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and tables Process orders and payments accurately using POS systems Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
