Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards during the PM shift.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet customer demand.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients.
- Monitor food quality and presentation before serving.
Qualifications- Previous experience as a line cook or similar role preferred.
