**About The Role:** As a CBRE Property Management Market Ops Specialist, you will provide reporting support to the Market Operations department. This job is within the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group. **What You'll Do:** + Review and monitor data reports and other business metrics. Make recommendations on revised controls for improvement. + Prepare ad hoc data reports. This involves gathering and analyzing statistics and market data to assess trends and find opportunities. + Support the internal audit process. This includes scheduling and reporting outcomes to Management. + Coordinate new business onboarding transitions and client terminations. + Research income and expense trends to identify increased profitability. + Work with management to improve service delivery to internal and external customers. Ensure compliance with company policy, real estate law, and state/federal guidelines. + Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems. + Demonstrate a strong grasp of your own team and some familiarity with multiple teams within the function. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince others to reach an agreement. + Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team. + Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. + Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations. **What You'll Need:** To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. + Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. + Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. + Ability to calculate intermediate figures, to forecast and prepare budgets. + Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports. + Knowledge of Financial software systems (e.g. PeopleSoft and I-Track). + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. The minimum salary for the PM Market Ops Specialist position is $65,000 annually [or $31.25 per hour] and the maximum salary for the PM Market Ops Specialist position is $80,000 annually [or $38.50 per hour]. The compensation yield to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
