Project Manager for Luxury Hotel Redevelopment

Lead and support project management efforts on a luxury hospitality redevelopment project. Coordinate and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders throughout the construction lifecycle. Collaborate with project leadership, ownership groups, consultants, and finance teams. Support execution of a complex adaptive reuse project involving a historic 100-year-old structure. Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and project documentation. Drive communication among internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved. Assist with project closeout activities and completion milestones. Partner closely with the General Manager and project team to successfully deliver the project.

The successful Project Manager will be: Experience in commercial construction project management at the Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, or Senior Project Manager level. Strong hospitality construction experience required. Experience working on completed luxury, boutique, or high-end hotel projects strongly preferred. Proven ability to manage RFIs, change orders, and project documentation. Experience with adaptive reuse, renovation, or historic restoration projects preferred. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with ownership, finance, and project teams. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with significant project visibility and responsibility.
