We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join a growing manufacturing team in Vernon Hills, IL. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity, offering long-term potential for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and reliability. Responsibilities:

• Inspect components to ensure compliance with specifications

• Use calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to verify measurements

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Document inspection results accurately

• Submit Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) as needed

• Notify supervisors of quality or production concerns

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• 0–2 years of quality inspection or manufacturing experience

• Experience with calipers and micrometers preferred

• Ability to read blueprints

• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs

• Repetitive hand use and working with small parts
