Team Collaboration:
+ Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
+ Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
+ Provide consultative services to other healthcare providers.
Quality Improvement:
+ Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
+ Review and analyze clinical outcomes for continuous improvement.
+ Implement changes to enhance patient care and safety.
Compliance:
+ Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice.
+ Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

Qualifications
Qualifications
+ A valid and unrestricted Texas medical license
+ Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
+ Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
Overview
Baylor St Lukes Medical Group is in need of an additional Board Certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician to join our inpatient PM&R service. The incoming physician would enjoy a Monday-Friday practice, with alternating weekend coverage as needed .

$320.275 - $358.569 /hour
