Maintenance Planner
Overview
The Maintenance Planner position is responsible for assisting with the development of reliability-based maintenance strategies, including preventive and predictive maintenance. They will work directly with the Maintenance Manager to build a proactive maintenance team with a focus on making decisions based on facts and data. The Maintenance Planner will work independently and collaborate with other plant personnel to implement preventative, predictive and routine maintenance tasks. The Maintenance Planner position benefits greatly from hands on maintenance experience and prior leadership roles. The Maintenance Planner is the local Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the plants Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), providing system training and feedback to ensure accurate records are maintained.All tasks will be performed while supporting the policies, goals, and objectives of the company.
