Job Description
The Project Manager/Senior Project Manager will:
- Lead owner's representation and project management assignments from planning through project closeout.
- Manage interior fit-out, tenant improvement, base building, capital improvement, and infrastructure projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, dashboards, and performance reporting tools.
- Monitor project risks, costs, schedules, and quality standards while proactively resolving issues.
- Facilitate meetings, communicate project updates, and drive decision-making among project teams.
- Support pre-construction planning, due diligence, procurement, and project strategy activities.
- Oversee multiple projects across sectors including Workplace, Education, Healthcare, Multifamily, Cultural, Media, and Private Clubs.
- Partner closely with senior leadership to deliver exceptional client service and project outcomes.
- Travel periodically throughout the DMV region to project sites and client locations.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager/Senior Project Manager should have:
- Experience managing construction or real estate projects in an owner's representation, project management, development, architecture, engineering, or construction environment.
- Exposure to multiple project sectors and the ability to work as a generalist across various project types.
- Experience leading interior fit-out and/or base building initiatives.
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and extension of the client team.
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
- Experience using Bluebeam.
