Sitework Project Manager/Senior Project ManagerOur client is a rapidly expanding civil construction firm with a strong reputation for delivering turnkey site development solutions across diverse markets. They offer long-term stability, a people-first culture, and significant investment in growth, technology, and employee advancement.Job DescriptionLead full lifecycle management of site development projects from kickoff to closeout. Coordinate project startup including permitting, submittals, utilities, and safety documentation. Partner closely with Superintendents to resolve field challenges and maintain project schedules. Track, negotiate, and manage change orders with accurate documentation. Oversee subcontractors and ensure alignment between all project stakeholders. Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, billing, and cost control. Procure materials and coordinate with estimating teams for accurate planning and delivery. Monitor production metrics and performance to meet operational goals. Prepare takeoffs and pricing for change orders and additional work. Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication. Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience. Strong understanding of sitework operations, scheduling, and production tracking. Proven experience managing budgets, forecasting, and project financials. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project documentation tools. Strong communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Experience with wet utilities strongly preferred.Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook. Bluebeam and PDF tools. Construction project management software. Preferred: OSHA 10 or 30 certification. Experience with large-scale, turnkey site development projects.
