You'll perform scheduled maintenance visits, identify developing issues before they become costly repairs, and represent our company with professionalism on every service call.This position offers the opportunity to learn from experienced technicians while gaining valuable field experience that can lead to advancement into service or other technical roles.Primary ResponsibilitiesComplete preventative maintenance visits on residential and light commercial HVAC equipmentInspect system components for proper operation and identify potential concernsClean equipment and perform manufacturer-recommended maintenance proceduresRecord findings and communicate recommendations to customers in a professional mannerMaintain accurate service documentationOperate company vehicle safely and maintain a clean, organized work environmentDeliver outstanding customer service during every appointmentQualificationsValid driver's license with an insurable driving recordMinimum of 6 months of HVAC field experience or completion of an accredited HVAC training programAbility to safely use hand tools and basic HVAC equipmentStrong communication and customer service skillsDependable, punctual, and willing to learnHVAC Technical School diploma or certificate is preferred but not requiredWhy Shenandoah Air Conditioning & Heating?We're committed to creating a workplace where employees can succeed for the long term.
