PMC: Sales Operations Specialist

PMC:  Sales Operations SpecialistPenske Media Corporation, a leading global media and information services company, is hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to support the Sales Operations Senior Manager by reviewing and qualifying all advertising insertion orders for our media properties.  The ideal candidate must be highly organized, an excellent multi-tasker, able to work independently, and detail-oriented with unfailing accuracy.  A general knowledge of business concepts and workflows is essential.  This position requires strong interpersonal communications skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at various levels of the organization.  This is the perfect opportunity for someone getting their feet wet in the media industry or returning to the workforce.

As PMC values in-person collaboration and team cohesion, employees work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely with a focus on maintaining a vibrant and inclusive culture.

Job Duties: 

• Review all insertion orders in CRM system for accuracy
• Support business unit(s) in all CRM requests
• Run multiple weekly training sessions for different user types
• Day to day departmental clerical tasks
• Assist in month-end close, including communications and reporting.

Job Requirements and Experience: 

• At least 1 year of experience in business office
• High proficiency with MS Office, Excel
• Ability to analyze large sets of data and to proactively identify issues and make recommendations
• Ability to function efficiently in an environment with multiple and shifting priorities
• Experience in print and digital media industry a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce a plus.

A good faith estimate of the salary is $26.45/hr.
