Seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Physician Assistant (PA) for a full-time Behavioral Health opportunity in Evansville, Indiana. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no nights or weekends, and a flexible round-and-go model focused on delivering compassionate care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

Practice Highlights / Qualifications

• Monday–Friday schedule | No nights or weekends
• Round-and-go behavioral health model in skilled nursing/long-term care facilities
• Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop treatment plans
• High level of autonomy with strong clinical and operational support
• Active PMHNP or psychiatric PA license in Indiana required
• Ability to practice and bill independently required
• DEA preferred
• Strong diagnostic and communication skills required
