Korzen Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Physician Assistant to join our outpatient clinical team in Omaha, NE.

Compensation: $125,000+ annually based on experience, plus bonus structure

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide medication management while monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment as needed
- Collaborate with supervising psychiatrists and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and wellness strategies to support long-term outcomes
Requirements
- Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant with psychiatric experience
- Active Nebraska license or eligibility to obtain
- Nebraska DEA license or ability to obtain
- Passion for patient-centered behavioral healthcare
