Practice Highlights / Qualifications- Full-time Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner position
- Provide psychiatric care in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities
- Diagnose, treat, and manage mental health conditions in older adults
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to improve patient outcomes
- Focus on quality of life and continuity of care
- Flexible schedule without rigid clinic hours
- Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner licensure in New York required
- Board certification in psychiatry required, or minimum of 2 years of direct psychiatric prescription management experience
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills required
- Passion for older adult mental health strongly preferred
