We are seeking a versatile and analytical PMO Analyst to support business process management, program governance, process improvement, and cross-functional initiatives within the Sales organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed, and fast-paced environment.

The candidate will support PMO standards, tools, processes, reporting, stakeholder management, and organizational development activities while driving visibility, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain PMO standards, tools, processes, methodologies, and best practices for Business Process Reengineering (BPR) teams.
• Manage the internal management and communication system used by BPR teams to maintain alignment and visibility.
• Support program and portfolio management for key cross-functional initiatives within the Sales organization.
• Facilitate the Downtime process for Sales applications, including stakeholder coordination, tracking, communication, and follow-through.
• Maintain and continuously enhance the process repository and related documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and standardization across the portfolio.
• Develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reports to provide transparency and visibility into portfolio performance and relative value.
• Collect stakeholder feedback through surveys, analyze results, identify trends, and coordinate action plans.
• Support organizational development initiatives including training programs, new-joiner onboarding/inductions, workshops, and team meetings.
• Analyze business and operational data to identify root causes, trends, risks, and actionable insights.
• Create compelling data-driven presentations and reports using Excel, Tableau, and presentation tools such as Keynote/PowerPoint.
• Support project and program planning, governance, status reporting, risk/issue tracking, and delivery activities.
• Help establish policies, standards, and procedures and provide guidance/coaching to teams on PMO practices.
• Research and incorporate industry best practices to improve existing processes and methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and geographies to drive initiatives to completion.
• Take ownership of ambiguous or evolving assignments and demonstrate the versatility to learn and apply new skills quickly.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in PMO, Program Management, Business Process Management, Business Operations, or Process Improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use data to tell a story, perform root-cause analysis, and generate actionable insights.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting/dashboarding tools such as Tableau.
• Understanding of Project, Program, and Portfolio Management principles.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Iterative methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and quickly establish trust, credibility, and rapport.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Sales Operations or Sales Applications.
• Experience with Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
• Experience in process governance, continuous improvement, or operational excellence.
• Experience developing Tableau dashboards and management reports.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
• Familiarity with PMO tools, process repositories, workflow systems, and collaboration platforms.
• Exposure to organizational change management and training programs.
