The Peerless PMO and Growth Group Lead is responsible for maintaining existing portfolios and supporting the growth of our existing federal business. This position will build and lead a Program Management Office and Growth office in alignment with Peerless strategic goals and processes. This position reports to the Group Lead supporting cross service (USAF, Army) solutions for both R&D and Operational Stakeholders alike.

Operations

  • Responsible for establishing a Program Management Office and integrating into the Growth / Capture process for Peerless assisting strategic initiatives across the company.

  • Ensure successful program execution of projects within Group, to ensure meeting cost, schedule, and performance objectives

  • Building & Maintaining Group pipelines in alignment with company process and strategy.

  • Organizing, building, and lead project teams to meet customer objectives

  • Lead reviews against Cost, Schedule and Performance program goals.

  • Coordinate and monitor subcontractor activities.

? Growth & Relationships

  • Develop, execute and maintain a growth strategy working alongside the Group Director.

  • Assist with the organization and management of internal strategy and implantation of IRAD, CAPEX, and other internally focused investment strategies supporting the Group, and Peerless, growth initiatives.

  • Perform pipeline management functions that supports strategic growth objectives outlined in the annual strategic planning process

  • Support range of proposal activities as team lead

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities. Move these opportunities through the business development lifecycle by performing strong capture activities, leading to the submission of compliant and compelling proposals.

  • Execute gate reviews and make bid/no-bid recommendations. Support the development and maintenance of repeatable proposal development procedures/artifacts tailored to best practices for the specific contract.

  • Organize and lead teams developing the winning proposal response; ensure submissions are compliant to all bid requirements and reflect strong customer relationships and robust technology solutions. ?

  • Build new Group focus areas in rapidly tailoring emerging technology solutions for R&D and Operational customer bases. As examples:
  • Maintain pipeline for Group / Corporate reviews

  • Support range of proposal activities for Peerless working as Prime and Sub responses to customers

  • Organize and maintain the program management function for the Group Director overseeing range of active programs

  • Perform Group resource management and financial reviews for Group

  • Continue collaboration with other groups for enterprise growth (One Peerless)
