Summary of Job Description
The PMO Product Manager is responsible for developing and managing in-house solutions to boost the performance and capabilities of various departments in the company. This position works closely with stakeholders from various departments such as IS Marketing Operations and Supply Chain Management to understand their needs and deliver products that achieve their goals.
Job Responsibilities
• Leads the product strategy by defining and managing product vision goals and strategic roadmap that aligns and distinctly maps to company and department goals. • Leads and collaborates with cross-functional teams within and outside IT to define and develop features and patches for products. • Documents and tracks features from conception to release. • Manages the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch including testing and improvement iterations. • This includes developing and managing the backlog of features prioritizing features and planning and executing delivery of each feature by working with various teams such as engineering, testing, training, and non-IT partners on release management. • Regularly collects feedback from users and stakeholders to identify pain points and areas of opportunity to improve products and incorporate them in the product backlog. • Goal is to improve adoption, increase ROI, and increase business impact as well as benchmark against other internal & external comparable products. • Develops tracks and reports on product metrics and status to key stakeholders. • Collaborates with other teams to develop and provide product training and documentation as needed to ensure product knowledge is preserved. • Maintains effective relationships with vendors and business partners.

Your Background & Experience
A Bachelors degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience required. 5 years of IT product management and/or business analysis experience with increasing project management responsibility preferably in a retail or hospitality environment. Scrum Master Certification required. Product Management Certification or equivalent education. Successful completion of initial and periodically required training. Obtaining a valid Food Handlers Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
Pay Range: $112,500 - $158,000 per year. Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors including work location and experience.
