Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex, multi-stream enterprise technology programs. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with proven program management and delivery leadership. The candidate should be an Engineering graduate, preferably with early-career experience as a software developer/engineer, followed by progressive experience in technical project or program management. Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stream enterprise technology programs.
Manage multiple workstreams, cross-functional teams, dependencies, risks, budgets, and timelines.
Partner closely with engineering, product, architecture, infrastructure, and business teams.
Translate business objectives into clear technical delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
Drive program governance, status reporting, risk/issue management, and executive communications.
Identify and resolve technical and delivery challenges to ensure predictable execution.
Manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment across technical and business teams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
PMP certification is required.
Proven experience in technicalproject/program management within an enterprise environment.
