If you're the technician everyone comes to when an engine, transmission, or major drivability issue needs to be diagnosed and repaired-we want to talk with you.

COMPENSATION

$26.00 $62.00 per flat-rate hour (based on experience, certifications, and productivity)

Performance incentives available for top-producing technicians.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Heavy Line Technician, you'll perform advanced mechanical repairs, including:

• Engine replacement, rebuilding, and internal engine repairs

• Transmission removal, installation, rebuilding, and diagnosis

• Cylinder head, timing chain, timing belt, and gasket repairs

• Differential, transfer case, drivetrain, and axle repairs

• Advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics

• Suspension and steering repairs

• Hybrid system diagnostics (Toyota experience is a plus)

• Factory-level diagnostic procedures

• Accurate documentation and repair orders

• Maintain the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 4 years of dealership or equivalent automotive repair experience

• Heavy engine and transmission repair experience required

• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills

• ASE Certifications preferred

• Toyota certification is a major plus

• Experience with import vehicles preferred

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS

• Previous Toyota experience is preferred.

• Experience with other import brands will also be considered.

• Applicants who have previously worked for any Pohanka dealership are not eligible for this position.
