Job Title: Polarion Developer
Job Location: Boston, MA
Skills Required:
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with Polarion ALM
Strong knowledge of Polarion APIs, scripting, and customization
Experience in developing custom workflows, templates, dashboards, and reports
Proficient in Java, JavaScript, XML, and scripting tools
Familiarity with ALM concepts, requirements traceability, and integration with tools like Jira, Teamcenter, or Git
Experience with Polarion upgrades, performance tuning, and module development
Responsibilities:
Customize and enhance Polarion ALM solutions to meet business requirements
Create, maintain, and optimize templates, workflows, and dashboards
Integrate Polarion with third-party tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, compliance)
Provide technical support and user training
Document system configurations and development activities
