CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Policy Analyst - Journeyman to support the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency's (CISA) Office of Security Programs (OSP).
The Policy Analyst provides analytical research, policy development, and strategic planning support to CISA's Office of Security Programs in support of the Critical Infrastructure Security Planning Program. This individual applies operations research methods and policy expertise to inform security planning and preparedness efforts across public, private, and international partners.
Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
Assists in providing strategic planning and training for the Critical Infrastructure Security Planning Program and insider threat products.
Supports planning security operations in preparation for special events and large public gatherings, including development of new and innovative preparedness and protection-based resources and tools.
Supports the development and rollout of tools, products, workshops, and training materials that will inform planning and preparedness efforts of public, private, and international partners in support of mitigating the risk of attacks.
Develops detailed security and safety planning guidance to inform decision-making by the critical infrastructure community when developing or enhancing plans and procedures.
Conducts research and analysis on topics related to the ISC, STCP, DVE, and sUAS and assists in creating written products and briefings for government officials.
This position is contingent on contract award.
