The South Dakota Division of Banking regulates the state's banking, trust, and financial services industries to assure that our citizens have confidence in our state's financial markets and services. We are seeking an inquisitive individual with analytical and communication skills to join our team of professionals.
The Policy Analyst develops, maintains, and implements internal processes and procedures to allow companies to be licensed and renewed in an efficient manner. Work involves performing a wide variety of analysis and review functions, which require the applicant to have sound independent judgment and discretion. This position interacts directly with fellow state regulators to ensure the Division's policies and procedures are consistent with federal law, state law, and state-to-state agreements.

The location of this position is Pierre or Sioux Falls. If candidate chosen is in Sioux Falls, regular travel to Pierre will be required for initial and ongoing training.
