Applied Risk Capital ("ARC") is an underwriting platform focused on protecting banks and credit funds against loss of principal on leveraged finance loans.  ARC works with a panel of A+ or higher rated insurance companies to provide this protection through a non-payment insurance policy.

We are seeking a Policy & Contract Associate Manager to support the negotiation, execution, administration, and ongoing management of carrier agreements and insurance policies issued by ARC on behalf of its carrier panel.

    Job Duties:

    • Assisting annually in renewal negotiations and documentation of carrier capacity agreements.
    • Ensuring that all insurance policies, endorsements, amendments, and related carrier forms are accurately prepared, reviewed, executed, tracked, and maintained in compliance with contractual, regulatory, and carrier requirements.
    • Serving as the central point of coordination between ARC, its carrier partners, brokers, and insured parties to ensure timely policy issuance, accurate documentation, and proper oversight throughout the policy lifecycle.
    • Manage the end-to-end execution of insurance policies, endorsements, amendments, waivers, and related carrier documentation.
    • Review policy forms, risk details, and endorsements for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with underwriting approvals and carrier requirements.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, Legal Studies or related field.
    • Strong understanding of financial statements and credit analysis principles.
    • 3-6+ years of prior experience in insurance policy administration, contract management, or legal operations role.
    • Familiarity with insurance policies, endorsements, binders, and carrier forms.
    • Experience in specialty, credit, or financial lines insurance is a plus.
