Job Title: Policy Enablement Workstream Lead
Location: Philadelphia, PA - onsite 3x per week
Contract to Hire- Manage Policy Enablement implementation plan & transition tracker
- Support ongoing governance & maintenance of policy configuration inventory
- Coordinate with Onshore/ Offshore Policy Config team lead
- Familiar with medical policy and client setup workflow
- Comfortable with cross-team collaboration
- Project management experience
- Ability to translate operational issues into executive-level updates
- Analytical review of claims data & trends
- Executive presence, stakeholder management, & communication
