Policy Enablement Workstream Lead

We are seeking a Policy Enablement Workstream Lead to oversee the implementation of policy enablement initiatives, manage governance processes, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful policy configuration and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Policy Enablement implementation plan and transition tracker.
• Support ongoing governance and maintenance of the policy configuration inventory.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore Policy Configuration team leads to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Analyze claims data and trends to identify operational issues and recommend improvements.
• Translate complex operational issues into clear, executive-level updates and presentations.
• Collaborate across business and operational teams to drive successful policy implementation and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with medical policy and client setup workflows.
• Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing claims data and identifying trends.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and present concise status updates.
• Demonstrated executive presence, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with healthcare operations or health insurance policy configuration.
• Knowledge of policy governance and implementation methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively with distributed onshore and offshore teams.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
