Polish Department – Production Associate

• Pay: $15.00 per hour
• Shift: 1st (6AM-4:30PM)
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday
  

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our Polish Department. This position involves operating polishing equipment to finish rubber parts, inspecting and organizing finished products, and safely handling totes of completed parts.

Responsibilities

• Operate a polishing machine to polish and finish rubber parts.
• Sort and count parts accurately according to production requirements.
• Inspect parts for quality and consistency.
• Maintain strong hand-eye coordination while performing repetitive production tasks.
• Move and handle finished totes containing parts.
• Perform heavy lifting as required.
• Follow all safety and production procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform repetitive hand and production tasks.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately sort and count parts.
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy totes.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required.
