We’re hiring a high-energy, Polish-speaking Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and help build something exciting — including social groups, community outings, and hands-on therapy experiences.

Growth opportunity- We are actively growing our speech department — there is strong opportunity to move into leadership roles (e.g., lead SLP, director , program development, supervising groups) for clinicians who demonstrate initiative and strong clinical skills.

We invest in our team — you’ll receive ongoing training to enhance your knowledge of the latest research and evidence-based practices, along with hands-on support to apply these strategies in real sessions.

This is NOT a sit-at-the-table-all-day role.

You’ll be out in the community, running groups, building programs, and making real impact. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide engaging, play-based speech therapy (clinic + home + community)
  • Run and create social communication groups (peer interaction, conversation skills, real-life practice)
  • Go on field trips & community outings (parks, stores, group activities)
  •  Collaborate closely with ABA team
  • Train caregivers for carryover at home
  • Track progress and keep documentation streamlined

We are looking for someone

  • Fluent in English (Polish speaking also a plus)
  • Licensed SLP in Illinois (or eligible)
  • High-energy, hands-on, and comfortable leading active sessions and groups
  • Passionate about working with kids with autism/developmental delays
  • Takes initiative to create groups and opportunities for kids
  • Thinks outside the box
