Required Experience & Skills

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Previous experience in polishing, finishing, manufacturing, or production environments preferred
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and polishing equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production work
Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic REQUIRED

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Polish, buff, and finish metal or manufactured parts using hand tools, power tools, and polishing equipment
Inspect surfaces for defects and verify high-quality finish standards
Remove scratches, burrs, excess material, and other imperfections
Follow work orders, blueprints, and specifications to achieve required finishes
Perform routine quality checks and report defects or production concerns
Maintain polishing equipment and tools in proper working condition
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Handle materials safely and follow all company safety procedures
Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards

Work Environment

Industrial / manufacturing production environment
Exposure to noise, dust, polishing equipment, and production materials
PPE required at all times
Physically active role requiring standing, repetitive movement, lifting, and hands-on finishing work
