What awaits you?

• Work Environment - You work on a highly automated production line equipped with robots, which are set up, operated, and maintained by our team to ensure top-level quality.
• Team-You will work in a team of 6-9 vehicle painters supported by your team leader.
• Quality Control - You are responsible for identifying surface defects on the entire outer body and painted surfaces of the vehicle.
• Documentation - You electronically record all identified defects as part of your daily work.
• Troubleshooting & Problem Solving - Your tasks are to prepare, paint, and polish painted body panels to correct any surface issues.
• Supporting Improvement Processes - You contribute your expertise to quality improvements and cost reduction initiatives within your department.
• Continuous Training - You take part in our extensive training program designed to fully prepare you for your role.
• Process Optimization - You support quality improvements in production and make suggestions for further enhancing manufacturing processes.

What should you bring along?

• Educational Background - You have successfully completed secondary vocational education.
• Work Experience - You have at least 1 year of professional experience in automotive painting or hold a relevant qualification. Experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment is an advantage.
• Language Skills - Native-level Hungarian required, basic knowledge of English or German is an advantage, but not a must.
• Precision & Teamwork - You work accurately and enjoy collaborating in a team. Strong communication skills are one of your strengths.
• Communication skills - You have strong communication skills, work well in a team, and are open to continuous self-improvement.
• Working in shifts - You are willing to work in shifts.
