We are now hiring! We are looking for a Polisher to work with very small parts using a polishing wheel and polishing compound. This role is ideal for someone with excellent attention to detail, steady hands, and pride in producing high-quality, consistent finishes. Schedule / Pay
Location: Santa Cruz, CA
Shift: 1st 7am-3:30pm (Saturdays as required)
Pay: $20.00
What Youll Do
Polish small components using a polishing wheel and polishing compound
Handle and inspect tiny pieces for finish quality, consistency, and defects
Maintain clean and organized work area to protect product quality
Follow work instructions and quality standards closely
Meet production and quality goals while working safely
What Were Looking For
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small parts
Good hand-eye coordination and comfort with repetitive, precision work
Ability to follow written/verbal instructions and quality standards
Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset
Polishing, manufacturing, jewelry, dental lab, or small-part assembly experience is a plus (not required, if you want it entry-level)
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Use of hands/fingers for fine manipulation and precision handling
