Polybond/Thermobond Tooling Specialist

Role at a Glance

• Own rapid, accurate changeovers of form tools on Polybond and Thermobond production lines
• Clean and prep form tools and waterjet bucks for reliable reuse
• Maintain, inspect, and improve tool-change equipment to minimize downtime
• Load/unload tools and related equipment safely and efficiently
• Contribute to special projects and handle other duties as assigned

What You Need to Succeed

• Strong ownership, accountability, and independence in prior roles
• Self-driven with a high sense of urgency and a proven work ethic—willing to go the extra mile
• HI Lo license (or ability to earn one quickly)
• Basic computer literacy
• Commitment to housekeeping and 5S principles
• Completed lockout/tagout training with no procedure violations
• Open to required hours, including daily and weekend overtime
• Willing to remain in this role for a minimum of 6 months before seeking other hourly production opportunities
• Hands-on proficiency in tool/die/mold repair and setup
