Role Overview<\/span><\/span>

We are seeking an experienced <\/span><\/span>Senior Polyglot Software Developer<\/span><\/span><\/b> with strong expertise in the <\/span><\/span>Microsoft Azure ecosystem<\/span><\/span><\/b> to design, develop, and deliver enterprise -grade applications in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have hands -on experience with <\/span><\/span>Azure, React.js, .NET, APIs, and Azure Integration Services<\/span><\/span><\/b>, along with a passion for AI -assisted software development and modern engineering practices.<\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/h2>

• Design and develop scalable applications using <\/span><\/span>Azure, React.js, .NET, and Azure Integration Services<\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Leverage AI -assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Develop reusable components and implement coding standards and best practices.<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Build and maintain REST APIs and integrations using <\/span><\/span>Azure API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions<\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, architects, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and participate in sprint planning, estimation, and code reviews.<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Support CI/CD, automated testing, application monitoring, and secure development practices.<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and architectural compliance.<\/span><\/span>

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • 8+ years<\/span><\/span><\/b> of software development experience.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Strong experience with <\/span><\/span>Microsoft Azure PaaS<\/span><\/span><\/b>, including App Services, Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, Logic Apps, and Web APIs.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Strong expertise in <\/span><\/span>React.js<\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Experience with:<\/span><\/span>
    • Onsite:<\/span><\/span><\/b> Python FastAPI and SQL Server.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Offshore:<\/span><\/span><\/b> C#, FastAPI, and SQL Server.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
    • Experience with AI coding tools such as <\/span><\/span>GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex<\/span><\/span><\/b>, or similar.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Solid understanding of REST APIs, event -driven architecture, integration patterns, CI/CD, Agile, and DevOps.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.<\/span><\/span>

      Preferred Skills<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/h2>

      • Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect or Azure Developer Associate certification.<\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Experience with <\/span><\/span>OAuth 2.0, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Managed Identity<\/span><\/span><\/b>, and secure application design.<\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Insurance domain experience is highly preferred.<\/span><\/span>
