Step into a high-impact production role
At Teknor Apex, a family-led innovator in custom polymer compounding since 1924, you’ll help transform materials into products used worldwide. From our Rhode Island roots to operations across the U.S., Belgium, Singapore, Germany, and China, we’ve grown by building strong partnerships with our people and our customers. If you believe great manufacturing is a team effort, you’ll feel right at home here.
What your day looks like
Think of your shift as a series of precise, well-executed plays. You’ll move between blending and extrusion activities, verify item and lot numbers, record production data accurately, and keep your area audit-ready. You’ll help your teammates stay safe while you monitor your own safety, and you’ll lean on mechanical instincts and troubleshooting know-how to keep things running smoothly. Fork truck operation (following safe practices) may be part of your day.
