Your impact (key responsibilities)

  • Run compounding/extrusion equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Hold lines to target speeds and throughput; sustain productivity.
  • Execute quality checks and complete accurate production records.
  • Troubleshoot process issues and support quick corrective actions.
  • Maintain lean/5S housekeeping standards.
  • Follow safety policies; perform other related tasks as assigned.

What you bring

  • Manufacturing experience preferred; strong teamwork and self-direction.
  • Operational decision-making to protect rate and quality.
  • Ability to read/write clearly; current skill to safely operate a forklift.

Physical capabilities

  • Lift and carry up to 55 lbs repeatedly.
  • Good manual/mechanical dexterity; remove and reassemble tooling using hand tools.
  • Stand for extended periods; squat, bend, twist, and turn as needed.
  • Climb stairs multiple times each shift.
  • Wear all required safety equipment.

Schedule and attendance

  • 2nd Shift: 2:45 pm – 11:00 pm.
  • Training: 1st shift (6:45 am – 3:00 pm).
  • Arrive 15 minutes before the production phase of your shift.
  • Full-time, on-site role where dependable, on-time attendance is critical in a team-based batch environment.
  • Mandatory overtime may be required, including evening, night, or weekend rotations, to safely complete batches.
