Job Store Staffing is hiring a Polymeric Technician to join a growing manufacturing team! This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work with electronic components in a quality-driven environment.

This is a higher-level technician role ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in polymeric applications and electronic assembly. In this position, you will apply conformal coatings and related materials to complex electronic components while ensuring strict compliance with industry and customer standards, including NASA specifications.

Shift: M-F 7:00am - 3:30pm
Pay: $25-27/hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply conformal coating, staking, bonding, potting, and masking to electronic assemblies 
  • Work from detailed blueprints, work instructions, and technical specifications 
  • Ensure compliance with NASA-STD-8739.1 and other quality standards 
  • Mix and handle epoxies, solvents, and polymeric materials safely and accurately 
  • Operate and maintain coating, curing, and testing equipment 
  • Inspect finished products and escalate any quality concerns 
  • Record process data and maintain accurate documentation 
  • Support assembly or production tasks as needed 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment 
Required Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of relevant manufacturing experience (polymeric, coatings, or electronics assembly) 
  • NASA-STD-8739.1 Polymeric Certification REQUIRED 
  • Experience working with electronic assemblies and technical drawings/blueprints 
  • Strong understanding of quality standards and workmanship requirements 
  • Ability to work with chemicals and specialized equipment safely 
  • Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
