This is a Night Shift role.

The Sleep Technologist is responsible for delivering high-quality, comprehensive sleep diagnostic and therapeutic services for both adult and pediatric patients. This role involves conducting polysomnographic testing, analyzing study data, providing patient care and education, and performing a range of sleep-related interventions. The Sleep Technologist works under the general oversight of the Lab Supervisor, Manager, Director, or designee, and plays an important role in maintaining clinical excellence within the sleep lab. Experienced technologists may also assist with training and oversight of other staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive adult and pediatric polysomnographic studies, including data acquisition, monitoring, and analysis

Provide high-quality patient care and education throughout diagnostic and therapeutic sleep studies

Conduct and manage diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, including:

CPAP titration

Bi-level titration

Adaptive Servo-Ventilation (ASV) titration

Oxygen (O) titration

Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to established sleep lab protocols and standards

Collaborate effectively with lab leadership, including the Supervisor, Manager, Director, or designee

Support the overall quality and efficiency of sleep lab operations

Provide oversight, guidance, and training to other polysomnographic staff as appropriate

Required Qualifications:

Upon hire:

National Registered Polysomnographic Technologist - Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists --or--

National Certified Polysomnographic Technician - Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists

Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Documented proficiency of all competencies required of a Polysomnographic Technologist.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's Degree
