We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Polysomnographic Technologist to contribute to improving patients sleep health and quality of life. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in diagnosing and managing sleep disorders within a state-of-the-art sleep center, supporting patients across all age groups with professionalism and expertise. Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a sleep disorder specialty.
- Proficiency in preparing adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients and equipment for sleep studies.
- Ability to monitor polysomnograms accurately and document findings in accordance with clinic policies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in sleep activity, abnormalities, movement arousals, and respirations.
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Unrestricted certification/registration as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) through the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT) or equivalent.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with sleep lab equipment beyond standard polysomnography.
- Knowledge of advanced sleep diagnostic techniques.
- Prior experience working in a hospital or outpatient sleep center environment.
- Additional certifications related to sleep medicine or respiratory therapy.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- An associate degree or higher in respiratory therapy, nursing, or a related health field.
- At least one year of current, hands-on experience performing sleep studies.
Other Requirements:
- Schedule: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM, Thursday through Saturday, for 13-week assignments.
- Experience with adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations.
- Ability to travel or relocate if necessary.
- Valid state licensure or certification as applicable.

Hourly Pay Rate: $46.73
